Weekend DIY with Mark Rayner - Project 65
Difficulty level: Moderate
You will need: 20mm x 180mm timber cut to the following sizes, 180mm x 180mm (x2), 140mm x 180mm (x2), 140mm x 140mm, 45mm jolt head nails, clean cloth, hammer, paintbrush, pencil, Resene Lustacryl tinted to Resene Adrenalin, Resene Quick Dry, sandpaper, saw, tape measure.
To get the look: Mark stained the shelf with Resene Colorwood tinted to Resene Satin Orange and finished it with Resene Aquaclear.
Other ideas: For a pale wood grain effect, finish the pot plant holder with Resene Colorwood Whitewash.
