Foxton's Fantastic Festival of Murals 2009

The Foxton's Fantastic Festival of Murals took place Easter 2009.

From the many entrants in 2008 the lucky finalists were selected to create full sized murals over the eight days of the festival. The murals each 4.8 metres by 2.2 metres are part of Foxton's new "Mural Park".

Bill Fairless - 'Foxton Wharf & SS Tamahini 1907' - 1st place Duncan Hill - 'The Dream of E7' - equal 2nd place Wendy Hodder - 'Once upon a time' - equal 2nd place
