Delicious tasty food in our school – Te Whare Kai Oranga Pai.

Background to mural creation:
The catalyst for this project was the introduction of an onsite kitchen to provide school lunches. The goal was to get the children invested in the school lunch programme and a mural was a positive way to achieving this. The children came up with the idea of designing superhero food to encourage all students to give new food a go, alongside other initiatives, such as Garden to Table.
