Background to mural creation:
The mural was created to focus on Kindness Matters because it was felt that Kindness if a very important attribute to have and value to show. An act of kindness can be so simple but mean so much to the people who are recipients of it.

The design was focused on bold simple lettering because the team really wanted the mural to stand out, to catch attention and make an impact. Each person had two letters to paint and had to make sure they were very straight. Once the letters were perfect, the background was painted black.
