You will need: Old dressing table, paintbrushes (including an artists’ brush), Resene Enamacryl gloss waterborne enamel tinted to Resene Alabaster, Resene Dolphin and Resene Spun Pearl, Resene Quick Dry waterborne primer undercoat, Resene Waterborne Smooth Surface Sealer, sandpaper, screwdriver, spatula or putty knife, unpainted wooden door handles with screws, wood filler.
To get the look: Mark painted the background wall with Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Pale Rose and the woodwork with Resene Enamacryl tinted to Resene Alabaster.
Other ideas: For a darker monochrome effect paint the dresser with Resene Jaguar, Resene Nero and Resene Trojan.
