Denise has always been drawing, but hadn't had the time to pursue a passion. She attended art classes with Vicki Peacock and her art developed from there with her own style and techniques.
Denise has completed many commissions of dogs, with landscapes and animals popular requests also. Her inspiration comes from natural resources, other artists, people and the environment.
Denise has found "Resene acrylics are full of colour, very easy to use and great to clean up!" Favourite colours include the Resene Karen Walker colours, variations of whites and blacks, dark blues and brick brown colours.
