How to paint your own glass bottle vases

Upcycle old bottles into quirky vases and give them a new lease of life. Perfect to add colour to your own home or gift to a loved one.

You will need

Instructions

  1. Making sure the bottles are clean and dry, inside and out, mask out where you want the stripes to be.
  2. Paint the base for the stripes with Resene Waterborne Smooth Surface Sealer.
  3. Once dry, paint over with the Resene testpots. Remove the tape.

Colour coordinate with freshly picked flowers and use them as a centrepiece on your dining or living room table.

Top tip:  Try the same idea by using Resene testpots to paint small interesting shaped glasses to brighten up your windowsill in your kitchen.
