The cooler months are all about finding a cosy space to snuggle up with a good book or magazine. Architectural trends are for fewer open-plan areas and for more individual spaces… like this welcoming reading nook. This is also a great example of a seasonal change-out; walls in Resene Duck Egg Blue often evoke a summery setting but by adding swampy and vegetative greens, the space becomes more autumnal.

The floor is painted in Resene Inside Back, the door frame is Resene Black White, the shelves and brackets are in Resene Passport, the top planter is Resene Grass Hopper, the lower pot is Resene Native and the basket planter is Resene Half Evolution.
