It’s easy to turn a humble terracotta ‘long tom’ planter into a fabulous hot chilli pot – with a little bit of help from Resene.
Resene art with Mark Rayner - Project 69
Difficulty level: Moderate
You will need: Clean cloth, ‘Long Tom’ terracotta pot (ours came from Mitre 10 Mega), paintbrushes (including a small artists’ brush), paint stirrer, Resene Lustacryl tinted to Resene Rocket, Resene Terracotta Sealer, Resene testpot of Resene Black.
To get the look: Mark painted the outdoor table with Resene Enamacryl tinted to Resene Soft Apple.
Other ideas: In the same way, create a pot for mint using a combination of Resene Amulet and Resene All Black.
