Make a calendar Another idea: Blue!

Step 1
Step one
Cut the cardboard to fit the top page of the calendar and fix into position with the glue stick and masking tape, as shown. Use the scissors to cut the ends of the masking tape to fit – you might need a grown up to help with this bit.
Step 2
Step two
Paint the cardboard with two coats of Resene Get Reddy – you might need to wait a while to let each coat dry. While it’s drying, cut out the picture from a colouring book using the scissors – again you might need a grown up to help.
Step 3
Step three
Carefully glue the picture into position with the glue stick and leave to dry.
Step 4
Step four
Paint the picture using a small brush and Resene Art Action Art & Poster paint – use Resene White and Resene Black for the dog’s fur and mix a little Resene Warm Red with Resene White to make a pink colour for his nose and tummy. Mix Resene Warm Blue with Resene White to make a pale blue for his eyes.
