Half strength
Rosanna's 55 year old bungalow was small and untouched. The challenge was to create flow and co-ordinate the colour scheme with furniture that had been brought back from Canada.

The basic galley kitchen layout worked but was rejuvenated with a refit of new glass doors and drawers on the right side and replacement of the old Formica benchtop with a custom Tawa top. On the opposite side, new wood cabinets and a stainless bench and hob were installed. Rosanna reused the old hot water cupboard by cutting off the top and inserting pot drawers and her microwave. The laundry was moved to the new addition giving much needed space for the broom closet and fridge.

Seeking a classic, elegant but eclectic look that would be more timeless than its predecessor, Rosanna selected Resene Hammerhead as the contrasting colour to the white and timber kitchen.

Resene Half Pampas was the offsetting colour in the main living areas and hallway trimmed with Resene Enamacryl white.

Following the half strength colour theme, the master bedroom and one spare bedroom feature Resene Half Tide on the walls with Resene Half Swirl ceilings, while the smallest bedroom has Resene Half Swirl throughout.
