By fifty four - Norman Park residential units

Norman Park Brisbane

Norman Park BrisbaneResidential four star living in Norman Ave, Norman Park, had the painter seeing double... 54 doubles to be precise. Comprised of 54 two bedroom units, this residential facility close to the Brisbane CBD was fraught with hairline cracks.

Exterior concrete render and Besser block walls were finished in hues from the Resene The Range Whites & Neutrals of Resene Double Drought (earth brown oxide), Resene Half Spanish White (complex neutral) and Resene Half Mondo (lizard brown) joined by steel rails finished in Resene Enamacryl gloss waterborne enamel and safety posts finished in safety yellow AS2700.

The hairline cracking has been easily remedied with topcoats of Resene X-200, resolving the surface effect while imparting waterproofing properties as an additional benefit over a standard low sheen paint finish. Good looks and waterproofing protection - the best of both worlds.
